PTO General Meetings

There are two Mandatory General PTO Meetings held each school year. At least one parent/guardian is expected to attend these mandatory meetings.

The first General PTO Meeting is "Back to School Night" which will be held on September 6th, 2023 for Preschool through 5th grade and September 13th, 2023 for middle school. Following the General Meeting in the Parish Hall, parents proceed to their child(ren)'s homerooms to meet the teachers and learn about classroom curriculum, expectations, and procedures.

The final General PTO Meetings will be held on May 8, 2024.

PTO Board Meetings are held monthly.  Parents/guardians who would like to attend any of these meetings are asked to contact the PTO Board president and the principal at least three days prior to the scheduled meeting date, so that adequate accommodations can be secured.  Check the school calendar of events for scheduled dates.
