Writer's Workshop/Science: The continuation of a research report will happen this week with a rough draft, revise/edit process, and final copy.
Social Studies: Weeks 23 and 25 Test will be on Tuesday, June 4th. Be familiar with the Constitution, Bill of Rights, what it means to be a good citizen and digital citizen, 19th amendment, rights and responsibilities, national monuments and symbols, and American flag. Reread Weeks 23 and 25 to study. This will be the last social studies test of the school year.
Math: Chapter 13 Test will be on Wednesday, June 5th. This will be the last math test of the school year.
Religion: Chapter 23 Quiz will be on Thursday, June 6th. This will be the last religion quiz of the school year.

Technology Opinion Paragraph final copy will need to be completed, in class, no later than Wednesday, April 17th for those who haven't finished.
Math: Chapter 10 Test over fractions will be on Tuesday, April 16th. Please review the vocabulary from the chapter, as well as know how to read fractions, give equivalent fractions, and compare fractions. Finally, study the review pages that we complete in class on Monday.
Spelling: Due to the shortened week, there will not be a spelling test this week.
Social Studies: Weeks 20-21 social studies test over laws, rules, and government will be on Wednesday, April 17th. It will be open book...reread the lesson and be familiar where information is located for a quick reference, if need be.
Lenten Retreat will be on Thursday, April 18th. No backpacks, iPads, or other items are needed at school on that day. 12:00 dismissal on Thursday with no after school daycare.

Look over your notes and the workbook to study from Chapter 1. Bring home your math folder, as well, that should have all of your previous homework assignments in them. :)
Be familiar with the following vocabulary words:
- digit
- place value
- standard form
- expanded form
- word form
- < is less than
- > is greater than
- = is equal to
- round
- steps to problem solve
Know the difference between standard form, expanded form, and word form of a number.
Be familiar with the thousands, hundreds, tens, and ones.
Know how to round in the tens and hundreds place.
Be familiar with the steps to problem solve. Be ready to solve a story problem.

Look over Voyages textbook pages 2-12. If you’ve been paying attention in class, you should do just fine on the quiz. :)
- Know the difference between a sentence and a fragment.
