Financial Aid Information

Financial Aid through Our Lady of Grace School
Financial aid assistance from Our Lady of Grace School is available by applying through FACTS. All supporting documentation must be submitted by March 15, 2024, to be considered for the 2024-2025 school year. Incomplete and late applications will not be considered and will jeopardize a student's ability to receive financial aid.

CEF Application Information and Materials

The Catholic Education Foundation (CEF) provides additional support for families who meet their income guidelines. The on-site submission date for OLG parents is forthcoming. Please contact Maria Reynoso at [email protected] to set up an appointment or with questions.

Active Parishioner Application for the 2024-2025 School Year
The parish scholarship/tuition rate is offered to families who have at least one year of demonstrated contribution to Our Lady of Grace Church through regular Sunday Mass attendance and offertory donations given through PushPay (previously FaithDirect). To qualify, families must: 
  1. already be registered with the parish,
  2. maintain an active PushPay account in which they have contributed monthly in support of the parish, and
  3. attended at least 26 Sunday Masses in a school year (July 1 - June 30). 
  4. These criteria must be met annually. 
  5. Sunday Mass attendance must be confirmed via the PushPay app. 
Families must maintain active participation throughout the school year to preserve this discounted rate. Participation may be confirmed at the end of each trimester. Families who no longer meet the parish scholarship criteria at those intervals will be moved immediately to the non-parish rate.

Applications for returning families are due no later than March 15, 2024 with no exceptions. New families may apply throughout the school year so long as they have met the criteria for at least one year prior to applying for the parish rate.
