Second Rental (LARGE) – Request all OLGS staff park in EAST PARKING LOT ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 9.

We will have a Base Camp and some catering, utilizing the entire SOUTH PARKING LOT. Production Vehicles will start coming in at 9pm on Monday, November 8 and will depart by 3am on Wednesday, November 10. The entrance and exit of those vehicles will largely take place from the Alonzo-North gate.  They are contractually prohibited from bringing in or departing with production equipment (with the exception of smaller transport vans) during school hours.  OLGS staff parking will return to normal on Wednesday, November 10.
