Ms. Cathleen Flores

Ms. Cathleen Flores is entering her fifth year as a teacher and is filled with confidence for another successful school year. Ms. Flores is an alumna of Our Lady of Grace School as she started in the TK program all the way to graduate Eighth grade in 2012. Ms. Flores continued her Catholic education at Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Development from California State University, Northridge, and furthered her education by obtaining her Master’s degree and teaching credentials at Loyola Marymount University.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Flores worked in the After-School Program for six years, gaining valuable experience with students of all age levels. She then advanced to the position of First Grade Instructional Aide, where she provided individual support to students while developing her classroom skills. Appling her diverse experiences, Ms. Flores transitioned to become the First Grade Teacher. She is passionate about working with children and motivates them to strive for their best in all endeavors.

On her free time, Ms. Flores enjoys traveling, attending sports games, and spending quality time with family and friends.
