Mrs. Baker

Assistant Principal and Director of Development, Pat Baker has done it all throughout her 40+ years of service at Our Lady of Grace School. As far as Mrs. Baker is concerned, "it's all about the students." She has dedicated each day to empowering and developing every child that has walked on our campus, ensuring that they are always the focus of our attention.

She earned her undergraduate degree at UCLA, her credential from CSUN, and began her teaching career at the age of 19. After various stops, Mrs. Baker arrived at Our Lady of Grace where she taught first grade. She became our assistant principal and served as president of the PTO. She has fostered student leadership by moderating the student council and coaching the academic decathlon team. She has developed students' talents by coaching the cheerleading squad not only at Our Lady of Grace but also at Louisville High School and Crespi Carmelite High School. She has even choreographed Shriners' events in the 1970s and 1980s as well as Super Bowl halftime shows!

With the countless amount of accomplishments and contributions to our students and our school, Mrs. Baker is especially proud of her work with "Partners in Education." The school, parents, students, and donors all work together contributing what they can. Under her watchful eye, students are inspired to let their values shine.
