PTO General Meetings

Mandatory General PTO Meetings

Each school year, there are two mandatory General PTO Meetings. At least one parent or guardian is required to attend these meetings.

The first General PTO Meeting is "Back to School Night," scheduled for September 3rd, 2025, for Preschool through 5th grade, and September 10th, 2025, for middle school. After the General Meeting in the Parish Hall, parents will go to their child(ren)'s homerooms to meet the teachers and learn about the classroom curriculum, expectations, and procedures.

The final General PTO Meeting will take place on May 6, 2026.

PTO Board Meetings

PTO Board Meetings occur monthly. Parents and guardians who wish to attend these meetings should contact the PTO Board president and the principal at least three days before the meeting date to ensure adequate accommodations. Please refer to the school calendar of events for scheduled dates.
